Welcome to Fiorenza’s Food For Friends (“F4,” “F4 Service,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website at www.f4service.org, our volunteer program, our SMS text messaging services, and any other services we offer (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
1. About F4 Service
Fiorenza’s Food For Friends is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization headquartered in Downingtown, Pennsylvania. Our mission is to eradicate hunger by connecting sources of excess food to recipient agencies in need.
2. Use of the Website
You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use of the site. Prohibited activities include:
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, or user accounts.

3. Volunteer Participation
Volunteering with F4 is subject to the following terms:

- Volunteers are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully when representing F4.
- Volunteers must follow all applicable food safety guidelines, traffic laws, and partner agency requirements.
- F4 reserves the right to decline or discontinue any volunteer relationship at our discretion.
- Volunteers acknowledge that transporting food or participating in pickup/delivery activities involves inherent risks and agree to participate at their own risk.
4. SMS Text Messaging
By opting in to receive SMS messages from F4, you agree to the following:
- You confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile phone number you provide.
- You consent to receive text messages from F4 regarding food donation pickups, volunteer opportunities, scheduling, and operational updates.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.
- You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. You may get help by replying HELP or contacting team@f4service.org.
- F4 does not sell, share, or rent your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Donations
Monetary donations made to F4 are voluntary and, to the extent permitted by law, tax-deductible. Donation receipts are provided for tax purposes. F4 does not store credit card or bank account information on our servers; payment processing is handled by third-party providers.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on www.f4service.org — including text, images, logos, graphics, and videos — is the property of F4 Service or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless F4, its directors, officers, volunteers, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of our Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our Services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Chester County, Pennsylvania.
